* This year’s festival throws a spotlight on Afri-Canadian filmmakers and films.
* Our themed programs encourage young audiences to view films in the light of important issues that are highlighted in the films.
* Each screening includes a Talk Back session, where young people will have an opportunity to exchange ideas with filmmakers and other experts.
* The CTYFF takes place at the William Doo Auditorium, 45 Willcocks Avenue, Toronto, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of February 2010.
* There will be 2 screenings a day: Our morning screenings are geared to high school students, while afternoon screenings are targetted at an older university audience.
*Each program is rated, with a suggestion of the appropriate age group for the film.
